exhaustion has set in

via

Yup I think working out at 5:30am, working 10 hour days and running around doing stuff for others has finally caught up to me...or maybe its time for my monthly (or in my case not so monthly) mood change.

I skipped the gym this morning to sleep in after being woken up at 4am to Suzy scratching at my door cause she had to go out side...then shortly after crawling back in bed Alarm clock HELL started...

Sorry for the grumpies

I ordered a couple mood stabilizers from Sensaria. They have great products and are made locally in Washington. I love getting together with my girlfriends and having a spa party. I can't wait to get them tonight.

Tension, stress and fatigue can make you feel off balance. Center Pulse Point Cream combines stimulating peppermint oil and menthol with skin soothing green tea and chamomile to naturally de-stress your body and mind while helping you find your center.

Naturally harmonize the feminine cycle and balance moods with an aromatherapeutic essential oil blend that includes ylang ylang, neroli, and geranium.

How do you help the Grumpies?

  3. I used to have a little jar of aromatherapy beads on my desk. i think it was called "sunshine" or "happy". it was a citrus scent, really nice. These days, I feel like nothing could help when I'm at work ;)

I don't know how you do it...my morning routine is: alarm at 6:45a...*snooze*...alarm at 6:54a...*snooze*...alarm at 7:03a...*snooze*...alarm at 7:12a...*grumble, OFF*...lie in bed for another 10minutes waking up...finally get up to shower

so kudos to you for even making it out of bed to attempt a gym visit!
